Welcome to y88i. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the y88i website located at https://y88i.cam ("Platform"), including all associated content, features, services and functionality offered by or through the Platform.

By accessing, registering on or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

y88i operates as an online casino and sports betting information platform serving English-speaking users, including Pakistani players. The Platform covers live casino, cricket betting, PSL and T20 markets, slot games and responsible gambling guidance. All content is provided for informational purposes.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Registration on y88i is only permitted for users who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and for the duration of their continued use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Users who are under the applicable minimum age are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.

• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and termination of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or account restriction on this Platform or any affiliated platform.

To access the full features of y88i, you are required to create a user account by completing the registration process. The following conditions apply to the creation and ongoing management of your account:

• Registration Data: You must provide a valid email address, a chosen username and a password during registration. All information submitted must be accurate and must not impersonate any other person or entity.
• Password Security: You are responsible for the security of your account password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. The Operator recommends the use of a strong, unique password and the activation of any available two-factor authentication option.
• Account Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any wagers placed, withdrawals requested and communications sent. The Operator shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain password security.
• Account Currency: Your account currency is set at the time of registration and cannot be changed thereafter. Where PKR transactions are supported by the Operator, amounts will be displayed in Pakistani Rupees.
• Account Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team via the Help Center. Pending wagers and applicable withdrawal conditions will be applied to any remaining balance at the time of closure.

All financial transactions on y88i are subject to the Operator's current payment processing policies, applicable minimum and maximum limits, and the verification requirements described in this section.

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Familiar local payment references for Pakistani users include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. 5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of the KYC identity verification process. You must submit valid government-issued identification, such as a Pakistani CNIC, and any additional documentation the Operator may require.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method you have previously used to deposit, except where the Operator explicitly permits alternative methods.
• Any active bonus funds attached to wagering conditions must be satisfied in full before the associated real-money balance becomes withdrawable.

• Eligibility: Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit requirements, qualifying game categories and any geographic restrictions. Ensure you read each promotion's individual terms before opting in.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue. Any unwagered bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.

• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, degrades or interferes with the Platform's operation or other users' experience.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

y88i is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help users maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period as specified by the Operator.
• Loss Limits: Configure a maximum net loss ceiling for any defined period. Once reached, further wagering is paused automatically for the remainder of that period.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Operator.
• The y88i name, logo and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of the Operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
• Game content available through the Platform is owned by the respective game providers and is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights independently of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of funds arising from gambling activity, including losses attributable to technical malfunctions, network interruptions or system errors, except where such loss is directly caused by the Operator's proven negligence.
• Any reliance on content published on the Platform, including game descriptions, RTP figures, bonus illustrations or payment method references, which are provided for informational purposes only.
• Any third-party content, services or platforms linked to or referenced by the Platform.
• Any actions taken by you in breach of these Terms, applicable law or the instructions of the Operator's support team.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the Prohibited Conduct listed in Section 8.
• Failure to provide satisfactory documentation for KYC verification within the timeframe requested by the Operator.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity involving the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal or dispute by the user's payment provider in relation to any deposit transaction.
• Registration or use of the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Discovery that the registered user is under the minimum age requirement.

Upon account termination for cause, the Operator may forfeit any bonus funds, pending winnings and deposited balances directly associated with prohibited conduct, subject to applicable law. Real money balances not implicated in prohibited conduct will be handled in accordance with the Operator's applicable policies and legal obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence, as specified in the Operator's published licensing documentation. The application of conflict-of-law provisions that would require reference to the laws of any other jurisdiction is expressly excluded.

In the event of a dispute arising between you and the Operator in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via the Platform's Help Center and support channels.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the Operator's gaming licence authority. The Operator's decision on matters within its exclusive discretion, including wagering outcomes and bonus eligibility assessments, is final and binding unless overturned by the applicable regulatory authority.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 applies within Pakistan. This Platform does not claim any exemption from, or authorisation under, Pakistani law. Users access the Platform at their own legal risk and responsibility.

The Operator reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

Material changes to these Terms that affect your rights or obligations will be communicated to registered users via account notification or email to the address on file, where reasonably practicable, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
